Enclosed is a check for $ which is a $50.00 deposit for each nominee. We understand that the balance is due to the Scout Service Center no later than May 1, 1998. We understand that while all fees will be refunded if a Scout is not confirmed. However, if a Scout is confirmed the fees will become transferable but not refundable.
