Dear Mr. Reynolds:

     This is to officially advise you of the formal approval of your
lodge "Kaskanampo", of the Order of the Arrow which as been
assigned No. 310.



I am circulating the necessary papers to our National Secretary and
National Treasurer.  Under separate cover I am sending you your
Lodge Charter and under another separate cover a copy of the
minutes of the 1938 National Lodge meeting, which I am sure you
will find both interesting and helpful.



     At any time any questions arise as to the operation of the
Arrow Program, if you will get in touch with your Area Leader or any
of the National Lodge Officers, we will be glad to try to help.
