Tennessee Valley Council #659 - Boy Scouts of America

Tennessee Valley Council (#659) serves the Boy Scouts located in most of North Alabama - from Florence to Scottsboro and from Athens to Cullman. The council is comprised of eight districts loosely based on the seven metro areas in North Alabama. The council office is located in Huntsville.

Council consolidation is now complete. The former councils now form three 'Regions' of the Greater Alabama Council.

This web page will continue to serve the former Tennessee Valley Council area until the new council web site is ready. When the new web site is ready this page will become a historical database for the former Tennessee Valley.

Limited Edition Council Strips:

The Tennessee Valley Council is currently offering the 1996 Limited Edition Council Strip which helps fund the Council's camping program. A previous 1990 Limited Edition Council Strip is also available. This is the 15-color CSP upon which our Council's 1993 National Jamboree contingent CSP was based.

The 1994 Limited Edition CSP has sold out!
